Manager lied to me & room stunk.

Dirty, smelly room with bugs on the floor. They sprayed perfume twice, but it didn't help. Continental breakfast was minimal. I called the hotel directly after making the reservation three weeks before I arrived, and requested a non-smoking room and was assured I would get it. That didn't happen. ...read more

My room was in the very back of the hotel and smelled.

Once I opened the door to the room it was so musty I had to keep the door open to air it out. The continental breakfast was very good.

Nothing, when I opened the door to the room, the room was trashed.
The staff was rude and unaccommodating.

I will never stay there again and I have informed all my friends, family, and co-workers to never stay there as well. The restaurant at the Hotel was sub-standard and filth ridden as was the rooms.

Having a balcony was nice.
There were people sleeping outside of their rooms and the man at the front desk was very unfriendly.

Very much like a crack hotel. People were sleeping outside of there rooms. The rooms were dirty. Our reservations were wrong so they had to give us someone else's room that hadn't checked in yet. The man at the front desk was very nasty to us. We will never stay there again! ...read more
